I have been working on my Master's degree in Tech. Comm. for the past year and a half, hence my lack of new artwork.  However, I need a break from writing my thesis!  I just started messing with drawing apps on my iPad mini... so expect some new little quickies!

Yikes!  I need to start drawing some more again!  I got super busy with my graduate studies and didn't really have any time for fun...  Time for a change! I also started working at the local newspaper... but since they seem to be running that into the ground I had better brush up on my drawing skills!  I haven't done any "serious" work in an extremely long time.  I need to update my portfolio!  Maybe I will do a daily "draw something" challenge.  (Where I get assigned an object from a list and just draw that...)  I saw a really neat book at the bookstore the other day where they have page after page of boxes where you draw whatever random ob

My brain is going to melt and ooze out my ears and I am going to become a zombie! . . . I just finished up my first week as a new grad student... I am in for a world of hurt.  Somehow I ended up with a 14 credit class load!  I have lots of reading, writing and designing in my future.  I am really looking forward to a lot of my classes though.  Intercultural Communication is right up my alley... as is my webpage design class.  I also get to start digital video productions. I just hope I can keep up!
